Great in the locker room and always striving to be the best he could be in the two seasons he spent with us” Added Althen.
“I miss all my guys when it’s time for them to move on but Malik is a special one for me. He had to work every bit of the way to get where he is and I am very proud of his accomplishment as I am sure our whole organization is. I believe that Malik is one guy that we will all stay in contact with over the years and we will all be watching his progress at the college level for sure”. Added Stampede Coach Mike Beavis
Lamotte-Stokes is the second commitment for the Stampede with certainly a few more to be announced over the upcoming weeks. The Stampede staff will surely have a very busy couple of months ahead as they work on assembling next seasons team. With 8-9 returners and some very good prospects for the upcoming season the Stampede are looking to make a move to the top of the Northeast division in a very positive manner.
