Kilway earns “A” with Stampede

The Stampede coaching staff recently named Tallmadge, OH. Native Tommy Kilway assistant captain of the team. The 1998 birth-year player has proven himself with the staff as a hard working and positive influence with his teammates. “Tommy works hard day in and day out and does all the right things both on and off the ice. The time was right for him to get a letter as it is well deserved” states coach Mike Beavis.

Kilway has been impressive this season with 7 goals and 4 assists in 22 games and is a +7 with the Stampede. This, combined with his work ethic both on and off the ice lead to it being an easy choice for the Stampede staff to reward him with a leadership role with the squad.
